"Kvara" is the delicate yet ironic story of young Kamal, a street vendor from Sri Lanka, who receives a phone call that will upend his evening and life while working during Napoli's championship celebrations. From that moment on, Kamal's attempts to reach the person who called him fail one after another in the chaotic frenzy of the city celebrating. The most unexpected solution finally intervenes: the only one to help Kamal is Gennaro, his rough and vaguely racist neighbor. The film's ending opens a reflection on one of the most pressing issues of our time.
